About 5 months ago I was lucky enough to receiver my umpteenth stress fracture, and that was the proverbial final straw on the camel's back. I gave up on running, let my foot heal, and have been lifting weight and bulking since then. I've put on around 30 pounds.
The hard reset seems to have worked, however, and I'm once again wanting to run.
I was in 16:30 shape prior to the injury. How long do you wise and light-footed LRers think it would take me to get back in shape?
