Hey guys, I'm a senior in high school and I know that 10:00 for a 2 mile may not be that impressive for a senior, but it's my goal. For the past 2 years I haven't really taken track season that seriously because I have been running marathons. But I won't be running a marathon this year and really want to break 10 minutes because that is what I need to run for my college's team. My 5K PR is 16:48 and my 1600 PR from last year was 4:55. I have been doing about 50-60 mpw. If anyone has any workout suggestions then it would be greatly appreciated.
