Hello!
I am looking to see if Wejo, Rojo or JK could speak a bit about John Kellogg's training philosophy. I know there are a lot of older posts but they are pretty spread out and there's not really a rundown of his philosophy.
For example, how would his training look for a college 5k/10k runner (XC, Indoor, and Outdoor) and how would it look for a post-collegiate runner looking to build up to the marathon over a few years?
From what I've read, his emphasis on high-end aerobic running with a focus on building higher mileage is very good, but just from reading the sample schedules it is hard to really put together a specific schedule.
Thanks in advance!
