I've never done more than 70mpw, but that was in singles. Yet after my run each day, I regress to the couch and don't feel like getting up for the rest of the day. When I do get up, I'm tired and don't want to run again. Am I just lazy?

Yes
or overtrained
Try napping if you can. Even if it's sneaking away at lunch for half an hour during a workday. You do what you can.
No, you're not lazy. You sound like you're doing just as much as you're physically capable of. Your passion for the sport is obvious and undoubtedly just as strong as everyone who is training harder than you. You're just doing what's right for you!
I did 70 miles/week in singles this summer and got overtrained. I also got slower. This fall I went to doubles 5 days/week. I run 4 miles in the morning on those days. I now have the energy to do 2 speed sessions and a longer, faster run. I've been doing 65 to 70 miles/week on this schedule.
you sound like a student. Don't worry, those days of heading to the couch after runs will be gone in a few more years when you enter the workforce.
I find that if I focus on the end result, I am much more motivated to accomplish my goals.
But if that doesn't work then I agree with posts above me that you may just need a afternoon nap. I would suggest you take one for 30 minutes so you don't mess up your sleep cycle.
A good app for that is
