This is probably going to be my last week of HSXC. I am a senior who is running the Foot Locker NE Regional this Saturday and, while I think I will place very well, I don't know that I can move on to Nationals. After Saturday my coach will likely have me take two weeks off of running to recover for indoor season. Any suggestions about what I should do during those two weeks to maintain some semblance of fitness? I have access to a bike/fitness center with weights and a pool.
I typically run 45-55MPW in season and I have maxed out at 60. PR's are 2:02 (relay), 4:20, 9:32, 15:54 (Milesplit rates the course on the cusp of "moderate").
