How do I get more lean/gaunt like the likes of Lawi? Maybe not as gaunt as him (Kenyan genetics) but close?
if you want leanness, just focus on running more volume than you're used to (while maintaining harder days), lift a few times a week, and eat real, raw food rather than processed food (i.e. boiled oats instead of frosted flakes, lots of apples and other fruit rather than candy, soda, etc, grilled chicken rather than burgers/dogs).
If you're already pretty muscular, it wouldn't necessarily be good to be as gaunt as Lawi. He has always been as skinny as he is. Trying to change your "build" significatly is almost never a very good idea.
