Hey!
Does anyone have some good speed workouts to improve top-speed/acceleration. I haven't been able to find anything reasonable in the internet so far. Thanks!
P.S I'm mainly 200m/400m guy, but I want to get better in 100m too.

Do explosive lifting and plyos. Do sprint hill workouts. And ask Springgeezer. I've always found a lot of good advice in his posts.

300s are great. There are many ways to do them. Sustained speed, Steady accelerations, and alternate 100 m. Where you build solid to 100, drop speed dramatically for 100, then surge again through the last 100.
And a combination of all those things.
I lived on 300s for special work and ran 46s often, 40 years ago. But its still useful. The key to all workouts for a longer sprinter is to ensure you always operate inside your technique. If you feel yourself falling apart, ratchet it back a little. That way you are always training the best of your form. Sprinters slow down inevitably, but quicker when they can't hold their form together. Its all about best form lasting at maximum effort. An international racer said to me after a championship "We deal in inches".
I never did a lot of over distance work. That was for the off season in my mind.
Thank you for advice!
Can you give me an example of one workout like this?
