I like use cannabis in my training as a recovery tool. Either some weed brownies or a bowl or 2 out of the vaporizer seems to help me recover better after a hard 15 Miler or a 10 mile tempo. Anyone else?

I smoke occasionally...once a month maybe? There was a period of time that I was smoking every week. This is all while I am running/training too. I'm out of college with a real job...run a few college meets and road races. It doesn't affect me negatively if that is the question. I still manage low 15s and 420s.
420s, I see what U did there.
i have been known to recover with some weed. better than NSAIDs.
heck, i have also gotten baked and done a long run, not bad at all.
recovered after an ultra or two with a bowl and beer.
