Base a 5k time off my workout. I ran a mile at 4:55 then 4 400s at 70 with 1 min rest then 3 min revovery and then 4 more 400s at 60 with 3 min recovery between each. My 5k pr is 15:35. I am trying to run around 15:20 what do you think i can run?
