Right Side:
*Recent Proximal Femoral Stress Fracture (Healed)
*Overdeveloped Vastus Medialis, and overall greater quadricep development compared to left side.
*Feeling of all pressure going to great toe
*Constant cracking upon attempted eversion of foot throughout the day
*Slight radiating pain on side of gluteal complex
*Slight inability to toe off smoothly, causing preference to toe off on lesser toes, though hallux dorsiflexion integrity is seemingly full
*Frequent preference to place foot further out laterally along coronal plane and rotate leg laterally while arch is in collapsed position; when standing in place.
*Impaired function of leg while turning in place (rotation of body on traverse plane)(Leg wants to stay in previous bullet point's position)
*Feeling of tightness on side of torso (described to be from illiac crest up to shoulder blade.
*Feeling of right arm having greater leverage in running motion
*Preference of landing with foot inverted and medially rotated with dorsiflexion
*Feeling of right leg doing all the work while running.
*Constant preference to sit with hip externally rotated (knee hanging off to side)
*Constant preference to sleep with hip externally rotated with foot on side of left knee
*History of SI Joint dysfunction
*Great ability to migrate great toe medially
Left Side:
*Constant feeling dysfunctionality of leg
*Feeling of valgus knee
*Slight visual valgus knee
*When standing foot points straight while knee is pointing outward
*No quadricep definition
*Feeling of no leverage to push off while running
*Development of bunion & slight bunionette (
*Feeling of no leverage in arm swing
*Much rarer cracking of left ankle compared to right
*Feeling of left leg not doing any work
*History of hamstring problems
*Inability to migrate big toe medially
*Moderate inability to activate arch during exercise
*Preference to land on forefoot with foot slightly dorsi flexed
*Inability to activate gluteal complex
*Accelerated ware of midsole under 1st metatarsal head
*Overdeveloped lateral gastrocnemius
Intuition:
*Need to attempt to keep knees aligned over feet throughout the day
*Need to work on single leg squats with proper knee alignment
*Need to exercise arches throughout the day
*Need to loosen lateral muscle to encourage lateral left knee migration and lessen valgus positioning
*Need to loosen right side torso
*Need to keep hips posteriorally rotated
Please comment and advise.
Cheers.
