Hi,
I was wondering if you'll thought a ten k was a useful tune up race for a marathon.
The marathon is 5 weeks away from this coming weekend.
I have run 10 miler and half so far and both have indicated I am on pace towards my goal.
I had schedule a LT long interval workout Wednesday, a 9 mile MP workout Friday, and a 20 with five at MP Sunday. The race is Saturday. So I'm debating dropping one workout OR doing the race, not all of the above of course!
