Hi guys,
I have a marathon coming in 4 weeks (frankfurt). I signed up a long time ago, but due to work, injury, etc..was not able to train. But instead of wasting the money I paid for registering, I am thinking of just going and running it for fun. What will happen if I just keep running every day, say like 10K, and maybe one long run per week, around 20 to 30K, for the next three weeks, and then go out and try to run it in 3:15 or something like that. Is that doable?
