I was just wondering what workouts I could do that will make me better at xc runner and will keep me up with the top runners. Also you could maybe include what a normal week would look like.
I run 7k my pb is 25:30 and the tope guys are running sub 24 so I would like to maximize my training and possibly get up to those guys by the end of october when the qualifing meet is.
