Does anyone have any experience running with shin splints and or PTT? Does it affect your times if you can run normally with them and they don't cause you too much pain? And what's the worst that can happen if you run through it?
Also, what do you think of running through it until December and then taking a 6-8 week break because I'll probably have to anyway (parents)?
The only reason I'm thinking about this is because I've had shin splints and PTT since mid-August now and even took a 4 week break and it's still not better.
