I am a college freshman running on a club team but trying to train to make my school's D1 team. I am not competitively training for cross this year so I can transition better to college socially and academically, but this is my tentative training plan for track this winter/spring. I have a background of 40-50 miles in high school, so I'm trying to up my mileage but not go crazy. What do you guys think? Anything you would change? Really looking for advice since I basically made this by myself.
