I'm a senior in hs- ran a 52/209 458/1052 & 1700 3 mile-- I feel my training is great- 38 miles a week.but can't get that 3200 down to 1020--& even though I'm fast - my last 400 in the 2 mile was 88-& I didn't go out too fast-524.
Anyone have similar issues- I want to break out and go 158/430/1020
