i am 68 inches and 114lbs but despite having a 17.3 BMI, i am running the fastest i ever have in my life. a ton of pros also have low bmis in the high 16 and low 17s
should I gain weight? my parents and doctors say i should and are concerned but i am not starving myself and am performing well
