I'm just wondering if any other runners here experience this and if its normal or a potential problem. Seemingly almost every single time that I get up from sitting or laying down, I feel light-headed and feel as if I could faint. I never actually have fainted thought because I can see it coming and I'll usually just lean on something close by until I gain my composure. Also this doesn't depend on how fast I get up. Some people have told me that this just happens when you get up too fast but even when I deliberately get up very slowly it still happens. Thoughts?
