I am a freshman running my first three mile XC race tomorrow. Last week I ran a 2 mile race in 10:24. This summer I ran about 35 miles a week for eight weeks. My 1600 PR, from a time trial on our school track in the middle of August was 4:54. This week I did a workout of 400 repeats with 2:00 minutes in between. My times were 78,77,79,77,78,78,76,77
Can anyone tell me around what time I could run? I think the course is pretty flat.
