Hey guys! It's me again!
I will start my training in few days in order to reach my goals ( 52.xx in 400m and 23.xx in 200m ). I will train 6 times a week track workouts ( running/drills etc ) + 5 times a week gym.
So now I have two questions - Does anybody here know some good weights workout plan for sprinters to build up speed/strenght And also, I have a concrete road right next to my house, there is no traffic so I thought that maybe I could train there doing sprints, drills and other exercises, but I am wondering if that doesn't do any damage to legs,knees or something like that.
