I'm an incoming junior in high school and I wanted to know my true potential for the mile, two mile and 5k races.
My freshman year I ran a 4:46 mile with no training. Then I started training my sophomore year, January 2014, I ran indoor and outdoor track. My PR's are 4:27 for the mile, 9:38 for the 3200.
So I was wondering what times I could expert for my cross country season because I have never ran cross country before. I feel that I could run even faster for the mile and two mile, plus I have only been conditioning for 7 months and I have decreased my times by 20 seconds! How faster can I get if I keep training by the end of my senior year? Can I get into D1 schools and scholarships?
