Over the last few weeks, I've experienced a recurrent bout of patellar tendonitis. I was most encouraged by reports of runners purchasing knee straps and seeing the problem vanish. I ordered a set of three Mueller knee straps and have been using them for about a week.
I'm not entirely sure if I'm wearing the knee strap properly. How should it "feel" when it's on? How high up on the knee should it be place? How tight should it be?
Any experiences with patellar tendonitis and/or knee straps would be appreciated greatly.
