Can anyone can give me some training advice?
I train with a heart rate monitor. I started my preparation last week and the monitor didnt show that i develop.
Last week i started the training with the pace 10:05min/mi with a heart rate 130. Yesterday i run 9:31min/mi with the same heart rate, and today i was just terrible- 10:18 min/mi with 130heart rate. Maybe it is because i was lot of time to the gym and strenght training with weights is anaerobic?
Or what is the matter ? Can anyone help?
