Kinda looking into some schools, has anyone else looked up much about SUU's Eric Houle? He seems to be an amazing coach, he takes decent high schoolers and turns them into amazing athletes, not just Cam levins. I'm thinking current runners Nate Jewkes and Ryan Barrus, both mid 4:20's guys in high school to multiple NCAA meets, also Jess Baumgartner, a walk on who turned into a 3rd place NCAA XC finisher.
What other coach has such amazing success stories? Maybe Levins was an outlier, but back in the day, Houle led the Thinderbirds to a Mountain region title OVER COLORADO!
