Hi all,
I am training for my first marathon in 10 weeks and have been running around 40 mpw. I recently ran a 14 mile route at 7:25 pace around 80% effort. I am 28 and 160 pounds 5 foot 10. I also ran a 5 x 800 workout at 235 per each. What is a good predictor for my first Marathon? My half marathon best is 1:27 from a couple years back.
