High saturate foods clog the arteries. High sugar foods are not that bad for thin people like runners who take care of their teeth.
Chocolate is a high saturate food. Although it is somewhat less harmfull than most other saturated fats.

Sugar is very harmfull if it leads to weihgt gain and rotting teeth.
And I do not recommend eating a lot of sugar.
