Hi,
I am running the NYC marathon in 2014 which will be my second time. In 2013 I finished around 4:30 minutes, this year I would like to finish about 45 minutes faster - around 3:45. I know this will be tough goal but i want to shoot for it or at least train with this in mind. Can anyone suggest a pre-season training plan and a training plan?
Lastsly, expert advice welcome. Perhaps someone can talk a bit of sense into me.
