I could literally post hundreds of CrossFit chicks working out/training hard that are way hotter than her.

Why does she start with a long sleeve purple top then go to a short sleeve top then back to the long sleeve purple between sets. Is this video edited?

are you really dumb enough to think it is not edited? I am sure they had all those musicians there and shot it in slow motion.
What I find funny is that she runs in adidas gear and the commercial leading into it was for asics.
Was that an adidas commercial?
Wow, are you really that dumb to think that I was serious and not be sarcastic?
thats actually a pretty sweet video

Yah, it be easy be sarcastic. I be not dumb.
No respect for the big GPS watch
Wish I lived somewhere where I could wear tights and a LS shirt for a track workout.
She's going to have injury problems, her foot strikes are off. Over-supination of her right foot is due to some imbalance, and will rear its ugly head with increased training in college.
A lot of footage of her backside but honestly she is not good looking at all in my opinion.
Could be that she runs for an Adidas high school (I have no idea) or she just likes their gear--I doubt this is a marketing statement for a high school athlete seeking a contract.
What drives me crazy here is to see talented athletes do things like alternate leg bounds (or any kind of bounds) for height ON A TRACK. This is a serious injury risk and should always be done on grass. Coaching error, in my opinion.
As for switching between short and long tops, sprinters do that all the time. A sprinter would be wearing a sleeveless top for the workout reps.
actually, I'm surprised I agree with the OP. I thought I was seeing a commercial before the video, and when it didn't end... This girl doesn't look like a high schooler! hehe. Looks like Flotrack has improved their Workout Wednesday videos a little bit, cutting out wind picking up on the mic, and swapping the crummy indie pop music for something--well, sexier.
I cringed, as usual. It's like these guys just discovered iMovie and now they feel the need to make an average morning workout into an "epic" video reel.
What a stupid topic I mean really

But there muscles are like, all big and stuff.
You guys know this girl is a junior in high school, right?
So pleasing to watch, none of the usual HS gawky/awkwardness. Pro-level form and strength at age 17.
Great running form , she has a bright future in running.

Wow, running in spikes on a pavement track. Every time I she the shock wave go up her leg from each foot strike I can help but think " she'll pay for this in 10 years" god help her Achilles
It's not pavement
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
