congrats
You have to buy two 3d printers.
Use one printer to copy the other.
Then repeat and sell them all.
I don't think that would work.
ida know, but you can build a lego 3d printer that will print legos.
Use the printer to print out stacks of counterfeit money.
mind boggling
Why don't you buy a 3-d printer and print money?
Could you buy a 3d printer to print 3d doritos?
I have a 3-d printer that prints in 4-d, the problem is
I cannot see them though.

For the time being you will have to settle for animal breeding.
PCR can't do that yer either.
That's the idea behind RepRap:
This isn't really a revolutionary idea. You can also buy a lathe and a milling machine and use them to make more lathes and milling machines. You'd need a motor, but that's it.
beyond that no one would buy something that archaic anyway. Even similar machines like makerbots which are very good cost $2k plus and will quickly become obsolete.

in general, anything that prints plastic isn't worth a damn compared to what can be done in metals and other more functional materials.

Self-replicating machines...that always ends well.

Hmm, man, this is actually a very interesting idea, but it seems to me that this plan is doomed to fail because not all the details that are in the 3D printer can be printed. Most of them are handcrafted, which is why this idea is doomed to fail. I'm sorry to upset you ... In general, printing is a rather complicated and costly topic. Even if we are talking about ordinary printers, then there are a lot of costs for cartridges and other consumables and over time it takes a lot of money. It is most profitable to buy cartridges at
