Im a Junior (male)in highschool and currently am in my spring track and field season, freshman year my PR in the mile was 5:30 and Sophmore year I ran injured for one whole track season( winter) and part of spring until I realized that my injury which was a hairline fracture wasn't going to get better and it was really affecting my performances. this year in winter track I started off pretty well, I ran only the 1000 but then sprained my ankle and it took until after the season to recovery. This season I started out with my 1st mile at 5:25 which was my 1st mile race really since freshman year, right now Im at 5:15 with 4 races left, what time realistically do you think I can get down to if I train hard.
