my track coach is now having us do squats on the squat rack, and he said we are supposed to do as much weight as possible, and squat as fast as possible, and do all of this WITHOUT A BELT ON. he said this no belt will teach us balance in our legs and in our life.
I always thought squats were to be done slowly with a belt.
