I am an avid HOKA Stinson Man having run in them for 2+ years. I run ultras and maintain an AVG 30 + miles per week. I have developed extensor tendonitis in my left foot. I suspect it's due to the rocker action of the Hoka's. I have REALLY long toes. I'm looking for a neutral shoe with a low drop (4-7MM) and a lot of cushion that will support my toes and keep them straight.
