They usually answer "I do not talk about my personal medical history" or something along those lines. Maybe, that is between my doctor and me or something of the sort. What if he said he was taking legal thyroid meds, or something else legal. What's the difference, they are still gonna take them. Does it make people feel better about themselves if they know he has a slight thyroid problem and takes something that is legal, but controversial? If you are truly concerned, you need to inform the appropriate channels about the unfairness of the substances that are legal to take.
What's the difference if you know they take them or not if these substances are allowed to be taken? It is just going to get lower level athletes more info on what they should take and make it a bigger "problem" than it already is.
