It's no secret that Sanoval is retiring from Cal.

Now if Washington opened up, THAT would be news

Well who is Garner going to bring in to Illinois?
Mens Assistnat XC & Distance Coach / Operations at Lipscomb
Regardless of his side of the story hadsell committed several fire able offenses. Sorry, his behavior got him fired. Period. End of story. Got it? His book does not matter unless it's a cautionary tale about a coach screwing up, paying the price, learning from it and growing up.

Dan Goetz is Assistant Men's XC coach.
Is this a job posting to get him a raise?
I do not think there is any way that Layne Anderson is retiring. The guy can't be more than 50 years old.
On the other hand, I could see North Carolina State job opening up due to retirement.
Washington State job will be an interesting hire. It will be interesting to see what event area The new head coach tries to build the program around.
Anyone know if this is actually open? They just hired Goetz...is he gone already?
I saw it on simplyhired.com and it was posted a day ago

Bitter much?
Knowing Kevin it will be funny, honest, self-deprecating and won't pull any punches. Clearly there is a lot more to that entire story. Looking forward to the read.
Back to the low paying slave labor opportunities in our amazing profession.
Not bitter at all. Don't know the guy. But I am a coach and the kind if behavior that Kevin exhibited makes us all look bad. Professionalism is extremely important and must be a priority for any coach.
Anybody know anything about the open Weber State positions?
Their website says they have Men's Asst TF, Women's Asst XC, and Women's Asst TF positions available.
Insights? It seems like maybe Lindsay Anderson is leaving? Are these full time? What groups would the TF positions be for?

Why ask on a message board?
Apply and find out for yourself
Why be a douche? If you don't know, just don't answer. Your snide comments are useless.
I imagine the Weber st job is a technical posting. I think they did the same thing last year.

Kevin screwed up , but Emma used the situation to get into Hanson's. Karma is a bitch and no one is going to come out of this without being trashed. Kevin already looks like scum (and maybe he is) he has nothing to lose.
Today, Toledo is in worse shape because they lost a quality coach. Hanson's looks stupid because they were worked. WSU has no idea what is about to hit them. Drew is digging his own grave and Emma is in for a rude awakening.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
