First of all, I'm not a beginner. I know this sounds stupid but for some reason I haven't been feeling like my usual running self for the last month or so. Fatigue, weakness, lightheadedness...
It always follows the same pattern, and forget about workouts, I'm just talking about easy runs. I feel great through mile 2 but then fatigue starts kicking in. I'm forced to stop.
But after drinking water and letting a minute or two go by, all of a sudden I get rid of that hypoglycemic feeling and can go on for much longer.
Is this a blood sugar problem? A dehydration problem? A heart or endocrine problem? Help me out here.
