To all futures who don't get the math here it is. There are 3 days of doubles. The first 2 double days are the 1:45-3:00 sessions (these are the workouts, one being a repeat one being a threshold) with 45-60 evening sessions. The third day was a long run with maybe a 45-60 session also. The other 4 days a week were the easy 45 minute sessions. The speed sessions say 1:45-3:00 but that probably counts the total to do the workout with warm up and rests in between. They were probably like 10-12 total miles on average. So we have a 20 mile long + 2 10-12 mi workouts + 24 miles total on the second run on "hard days" + 24 total on the other 4 "easy" days. The total would then be 88-92 miles, makes sense.
