I'm sure a lot of you have seen this before but some of the stuff he does is incredible. His weight room sessions cover absolutely every muscle group and are done with super high reps. His easy runs are around 4:40 pace.
Some workouts he does regularly:
4x2000 @ 5:10 with 2 min rests
6x1000 @ 2:30 with 2 min rests
10x400 @53-54 with 30 second rests
10x300 @35-36 with surges

An interesting thought someone mentioned to me is that he "trains like a 5k/10k runner but races the mile".
