I like the guy passed out from a Chips Ahoy overload under the soccer net as Galen and Mo are working out in picture 9/27.

This is awesome. Thanks!
After seeing photos 18 and 20, I would not mess with Rupp anymore, guys.
Why doesn't Mo warm up directly in his Streak LT, especially since he is running on grass?
LOL at pic #9
Great photos, great training
Very cool. Thanks for sharing.
Here's Ken Goe's story that goes with the pics.

but mo...not so much
#3 is my fav, such a random goofy picture. Rupps goofy grin, Mo's kick, haha.
Suprised at the people around the track just hanging out while two olympic medalists workout. Lincoln's track is as close to downtown you can get in portland, just an interesting place to have a workout given the location and apparently while students are at the school on lunch break.. haha
Reading the captions on the pics and the story , you see how a 5 hour day of training contribute to these two being the best.
Its the combination of things they are doing not just running.
I would hope coaches could adopt more of this philosophy in their athletes routines.
I'm remembering a nutrition thread where several people gave a poster sh*t for eating Subway...check out #27.

Good catch. They also said I would run better if I stopped eating at Subway. LMFAO.
Does anyone have any websites or know what the type of weight training and other stuff they are doing in the gym. Some of the stuff looks really interesting and runner specific, but I wouldn't want to do any of it without knowing how to do it properly.
Usain Bolt eats chicken nuggets all the time and is the fastest man in the world, do you think that is proper nutrition?
awesome workouts. fun.
hey they're even boxing. why not?
with modest defensive technique development and a 180 bench press, you better run and hide, rupp-haters.

The horror! How will they ever be worth a sh*t as runners?!
Thanks, great pics. I'm glad I know they like to mix up their workouts together too.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
