No. Are you serious? The recommended amount is somewhere around 8-9 hours for non-athletes, so that should be a minimum. If you truly care about your training, you'll make it happen.
I try and get 9 or 10, and nap on the weekends/sometimes weekdays when I can. Sleep WILL HELP your running. M/15
