Seriously? Of course, it was already said that she is Moroccan born. But she is Turkish now, and the representation from Turkey, for whatever reason, is suspicious. As it is and has always been from Morocco.

You are right about Selsouli - perhaps it was another one I was thinking about that was banned before the games.
Any idea where we can watch a live stream of The World Half Marathon Championships?
Runnerspace.com q&a with maegan krifchin: http://iaaf.org/Mini/WHM12/, per Stotan Racing site.
Race is an hour and a half out. Seems there are few who are following World Half Champs. Not sure why! A worlds event should be next up to the Olympics. I wonder, is it only in the States that people don't follow?
The fields seem watered down and there are bigger races happening this weekend. It is a world championship race, but it's not a world class one.
So is there a lice stream?
Thank you sir
Live updates here:
Not a good day for Shalane Flanagan. Right now she isn't even the top American in the race
Maegan Krifchin is leading American, in 14th place at 15k. A slow course? Top Kenyans are on track for just sub 69:00. Krifchin leads Flanagan by 10 seconds at 15k, moving up.

Slow times. I didn't see the video stream. Was it a tough course?
20 pinpoint turns, 87 degrees. top keyans were 2:00 off their PRs. A phenomenal debut for Maegan Krifchin! The future!!
Apart from at least 10 180 deg turns the course doesnt look too difficult, but the conditions are not ideal (a bit warm, humid, also windy).
Yup. Who on earth came up with this course of constant tight 180 turns? I understand that they might need to put one in to have the right distance, but this looks like a 5K loop with at least 2 of these turns on each.
On the bright side, all the loops let the rest of the field see just how far ahead Tadese is. I bet if they were not dehydrated it would make them cry. BTW did Tadese drink at all?

I wasn't there, but the IAAF said hot and humid.

Running in hot and humid conditions, Tadese clocked 1:00:19, 32 seconds ahead of Deressa Chimsa of Ethiopia, to regain the title he won in four consecutive Championships from 2006 to 2009. John Nzau Mwangangi of Kenya took bronze.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
