I have all the answers but I will not share them until the OP provides his own detailed opinion.
Hard to say, the peloton slowed down this year and Wiggins has always been a good time trial guy. He dropped a lot of weight which would explain why he climbs better. If there is something that allows you to lose muscle mass yet retain strength then that would be it.

watching the end of the TT he reminded me of lance. he just won a big race and he was pissed off at people in his way. kids ran up to him and he ignored them and told them off. i felt bad for a couple of those kids. does EPO make you a jerk too?
the women didn't pull any of that. they were just celebrating.
