First of all you are all pretty sad. Do not talk smack about CrossFit until you embrace it and try it for yourself. The socks are for deadlifts, box jumps and most importantly ROPE CLIMBS!!! This way you wont get rope burns on your legs. But Im sure some fool will post here and say your doing it wrong if you get rope burns. Again I say come out and run through a few WODs and see how you compare to the other athletes there. See you soon if you have the intestinal fortitude to give it a try.
