Can anyone confirm this? Time?
Great to have the USA on top of the podium!

Yes, results anyone?
Apparently some issues with the timing system, so results will take a while.
According the the Falmouth Twitter Magadalena was first with Lewy-Boulet in 2nd, which is quite an accomplishment.
Yes she won handily. Rotich won the men's with Kogo 2nd. Muge 3rd. Ollinger first American ran great. Under 32:20. Didn't get Magda's time. Rotich was under 32 about 6 seconds up. Heard race was steady 4:30 pace the whole way.
nice run by Magda....but a shame they didn't let in half the women who wanted to run.....not a fan of overly controlled fields. Aheza who just won last week at beach to beacon was overheard wanting to run Falmouth, but she was not allowed to enter. Weak. Women's field wasn't too deep. A shame.
I like Magda but field was manipulated and good runners not let in
Manipulating fields happens at every race. Only the ignorant think differently. The biggest manipulated race is the New York Marathon. This is so that Mary (and David) can allow crap Americans that are proud to finish in 2:12-2:15 into the race. Why do you think the womens NY was won in 2:27?
If by 'overcontrolled' you mean not everyone was offered lodging, then you are right. Like him or not, John Carroll let a ton of people into this race. Mile fields were deep and the list of elite for today's race was long. Who was on your list from the missing 'half' of the women's field?
The prize scheme was structured for mass appeal, and travel reimbursement is based on finish. If you wanted guarantees and royal treatment up front, Falmouth wasn't for you. Magda picked up $20k after the double dip, and although a mysterious Amerikenyan got up for 4th place overall/2nd domestic the race between Brown and Conley was a good one.
Bravo for someone putting on a race with a legit payout. New Balance did well to get their name attached to this event.
was this because they didn't try to enter til the last minute? if so, perhaps they learned a lesson that you can't just enter any old race when you feel like it, some races demand a commitment some time in advance. sorry charlie, that's the way it is. don't whine about, talk to you agent earlier or etner yourself earlier.

Lets's just have Americans elites only, if International elites want to race charge them a normal race entry. Why do we have to support elite runners from Kenya anyway?

I thought that she was born in Poland
She became an American citizen on 9/11/01. Magda was on our Olympic team in 2008 after finishing 2nd at the trials.

Magdalena IS Lewy Boulet.
Elites not offered lodging???
....they weren't let into the race. AT ALL. If you really think Magda was the best option offered you REALLY do not know the world of running and elite athletes....I know many agents won't post a thing for risk of biting the hand that feeds them, but it was a poor field for as much money that was offered.
The race can invite anyone it wants.
SHE IS POLAK IDIOTS!!!
