Mottram in there too. Interesting...
It takes a sub 13:20 to get the A standard for worlds, so it will take a good field to do that; this is definitely a good field with most likely good conditions.
Not too long ago there were only three non-african guys to ever run sub 13. Now we have 3 of them in one race.
also just saw Teg is entered in USATF XC - that is a shock
will he run worlds xc if he makes the team?
That track is going to be useless after those three rhinos pound out 12.5 laps.

You know of course that means that he still doesn't run 10K.

Another even more interesting name soon to be announced. A very nice race ahead on 3/3......
This race should be about as epic as my battle with Lt. Surge when I earned my Thunder Badge in Vermilion City.
You never beat me kid...my Pokemon are the meanest and toughest around..

At NXN to watch my daughter run, I was walking down a hall when Solinsky, Tegenkamp and Ritzenhein came walking out of the dining room. Three guys who'd all broken 13... pretty impressive.
Yeah, Lagat is in this, too. Not sure why his name hasn't been released yet, but he confirms that he's in it.
Just released by Athletics Australia.
Yup. Not long confirmed...

Bumbalough is planning on going as well. Should be a breakout race for him, as if his US Cross performance isn't going to be enough to blow his cover.

bernard lagat has just been added to the melbourne 5k with solinsky, teg and mottram.
For the Americans, this race is all about getting the A standard for worlds (13:20.0), so it will be interesting to see how the race "sets up". I assume that the Aussies will also be running to get the A standard. Rabbits??? Maybe Bumbalough?
Race set up to be 13:10-13:14; will be pacing through 3km I hear....

Are you implying that Bumbalough might be the rabbit? Believe me, that is not the case.
