in an average of 5:54m/m for the 5, this was done mid week in the evening on a country lane a bit slippy with the snow, felt quite good but a bit out of breath the last 200m on each rep. Not fast for some but at least I'm progressing a bit year on year.
Q's are;
what sort of pace should I be using for a half? and is the rest on the reps correct?
I've been fitting these in most weeks for my marathon training. I've been averaging around 70+ miles a week for the past year. I won't go into the rest of my training because no-one probably cares anyway, just wondered on the answers to the 2 questions.
