Ice Cream
Peanut Butter
Chips
Steak
Fries
Your welcome.
For dinner every night, make a burger with ten patties and put cheese between all of them.
yeah dude, eat what that guy just listed and gain some weight. run less until you gain cuz thats pathetic. theres more to life than trying to be a skinny fker.
Some weight training wouldn't hurt either. That way, at least part of the weight gain will be muscle.
How old are you? I wrestled at 119lbs in HS at 5'9" and grew up to be normal...size that is. One thing I have learned while growing up and trying to be a weight the others consider normal is your body will resist and return to the weight that is right for you.
True this.
Lift and eat more than you have ever ate. You will probably need to forcibly feed yourself when you're full.
I was the same way but started lifting for mass and eating like a hog and put on 10lbs in about 4 months.
I'm 5'10'' and 160 and people think I'm skinny! You are what you are and its difficult to change. Besides hamburgers and cake, you could add in a couple small snacks per day, like a PB&J sandwich or some plain cereal with some OJ.

19. 20 in november.
I know this sounds a lot like something RunningArt would say, but I really do think you could benefit from lifting more and eating more protein. My advice: keep a jar of peanut butter and a spoon on your desk, and eat from it whenever you feel at all hungry. You may want some bread, too.
If your 19, eat healthy, run fast, and smile knowing that when you get "old" you will grow into "normal" size and those that mock you will mostly be "fat." Relax and be the ball. Though more beer can never hurt....
man i weigh 130 and bench press 210, squat 290, and deadlift 320. GET ON MEH LEVELLLLLLLLL
Put on some weight, your running and health will only improve. I was in the same boat a couple years ago.
First, Tony Sandoval raced at 112 lbs so you don't need to bulk up to be faster.
Second,, Ralph Lauren fired a fat chick that was 5'10" 120 lbs. Gaining that extra lb may be very detrimental to your employment opportunities.

why do you want to gain weight?
seems like you are a perfect weight for running....just remember any extra weight on you will be extra weight you have to carry with you throughout a race..
There's something not optimal for running if you are taller than Haile G and weigh less than him. You should pig out.
name
You're the same as me. I'm 18, 69.5", 115lbs. Why do you want to gain weight?
You do not want to fill up on ice cream, chips, and such that can have negative health consequences. But, track and gradually increase your calorie intake.
If you literally CANNOT gain weight, you may need to see an MD to find out if there's a medical reason.
Something's not right here. At your height, weight, and age, your calculated BMR is 1,559
http://health.discovery.com/tools/calculators/basal/basal.html
And, if you run an average of 7 miles a day, figuring ~100 calories per mile, that brings you to ~2,300 or so, plus other activity, you might be at 2,600-2,700. That's not a ton of food, and not that hard to get. Either you're really not eating as much as you think you are (try counting for a few days and see what your average is, then add 500 per day to your average to try to gain a pound a week).
Studies have shown very little variation in BMR when they hold height, weight, gender, and age constant, so either you have something wrong with your endocrine system or you're just not eating as much as you think you are. The body can't possibly be healthy at that height and weight, with a BMI of 16.9.
