So when I bend over to put on my shoes or put on pants or shorts, the left side of my butt hurts and the pain sort of goes to my hips also. I don't feel anything bad when I stand up and lift my left leg up. It's just when bending over and lifting it up that it hurts. And there is also some discomfort when sprinting. What should I do? I am using up a few NSAIDs that I was prescribed earlier this year for something else. I haven't been doing squats like I used to. Maybe I should do some of those? I think it's come from sitting in a bad chair.
