Hey guys,
I'm curious: I used to be on a 'paleo diet'-esque diet in which I ate just meat, fruits, and veggies. However, I've recently gone back to a normal diet (pizza, ice cream, PB&J, etc). That said, since I've done so, I've been eating ravenously--I mean just knocking stuff out. It's been incredible.
Have any of you gone from one of these highly restrictive diets to a more normal one? If so, in your experience was it normal to have a period in which you were eating a ton of the foods you had previously denied yourself? I'm hoping my ravenous appetite wears off soon, although the food is fantastic and my energy levels are much higher :)
