What brand of compression socks/sleeves are best and last the longest? Also, what are the pros and cons of compression socks versus compression sleeves?

I have CWX and they work great. I like them on long runs and easy runs but I can't do the Solinsky and race or workout in them. Pros: I can feel the difference in my calves after using them, they feel fresher and more supple. Cons: they get dirty quick and they are expensive. I've never had compressions sleeves so I can't speak on it. I highly recommend the socks though, I promise you won't regret it.
I've only had mine for about a month but they still feel as good as the day I got them.

I have a pair of compression calf sleeves from Zoot and Zensah.

The Zoots are a much, much tighter compression, but the Zensahs are much more comfortable to wear during runs. If you're looking for something to wear running, don't get anything too tight. And make sure you don't get white, whatever it is. They get real skanky, real fast.

i have both a pair of zensah calf sleeves and some c.e.p. socks. frankly, both are better than nothing but between the two, the cep's are far superior. first, they're a medical grade compression (medi) and the compression is graduated below the calf and then consistent around the calf to help increase veinous return. i use them mostly post workout/long run and can definitely notice a difference...even for my sore achillies which i've always had issues with. they're a little more expensive but worth it.

for what it's worth, i don't work for either company but do work in a running specialty store

I've been using Sugoi brand on long runs, and I'm still not sure if they're "all that." It seems like my lower legs are fresher, but it could just be me psyching myself out. (I believe Confirmation Bias is the term I'm looking for)
