Hey guys,
So, like many on here, I have a problem with overeating at night. Last night, for instance, after a bowl of chili for dinner, I ate 3 popsicles, a pint of ice cream, and about 7 pieces of bread. I have no idea why....I just started eating and didn't stop. Honestly, I didn't even feel THAT full.
I run in the morning, and I woke up with a pretty solid stomach cramp. I was wondering if any of you guys have strategies when you wake up with stomach probs to mitigate the damage?
Also, any of you have a problem with portion control that you've overcome? Any good strategies? I feel like I'm regularly eating like a pig, but I'm only running 50mpw (and lifting 3 days/wk for 30-45 mins). It hasn't caught up to me yet, but I'm sure it will.
